All sessions are tailored to you and your situation. This helps ensure that the sessions are as helpful as possible. The first session is free of charge, so you can take your time to decide if it feels like the right fit
I have lived in Sweden, Belgium, France, Spain, England, Hong Kong, and Australia. I also understand how hard it can be to have to start a life with new circumstances and how hard it is to leave a place that one calls home.
Besides specializing in clinical psychology. I hold a Juris Doctor in Law from The University of Sydney and a Master in law from City University of Hong Kong.
I use evidenced-based therapy. We will discuss in the first session what expectations we have and potential avenues. Therapy is tailored to suit the patients abilities and needs.
Depression therapy: CBT recognises that events in your past may have shaped you, but it concentrates mostly on how you can change the way you think, feel and behave in the present. It teaches you how to overcome negative thoughts – for example, being able to challenge hopeless feelings
Relationship therapy: Relationships can be wonderful, but they also come with challenges. Misunderstandings, unresolved conflicts, and life changes can create distance between partners. But here’s the thing: Love isn’t just about finding the right person. It’s about building something meaningful together. That’s where couples therapy comes in.
