I am an experienced Portuguese Psychologist and currently finishing my supervison hours of my psychotherapy training.
I am from Lisbon, where I did my studies, but I already had the opportunity to live and work in Brazil, Italy and now, since 2023, in Switzerland.
I speak Portuguese, Italian and English and currently learning French. I give appointments in english and portuguese.
My area of expertise is adults across key problematics as burnout, anxiety, life change, depression, grief, fear of death and addictions.
I also have relevant experience in EAP in multinational companies and in NGO in Harm Reduction field.

Approach
In my practice I use the integrated model of brief psychotherapy, a model that integrates dynamic psychology, fenemonology and existential psychology. I work with a focus on the problem.
I also use harm reduction approch to addictions.
