My work is holistic and body-oriented. I understand life experiences as something that shape not only our thoughts, but also our nervous system and body. I do not see symptoms as defects, but as meaningful adaptations to earlier experiences.
In our sessions, we slow down together. We bring attention to your present-moment experience: bodily sensations, emotions, inner images, and impulses. Through mindful exploration, unconscious patterns can become visible. In this aware contact, new possibilities often emerge that were previously out of reach.
A particular focus of my work is supporting trauma, attachment themes, and the integration of psychedelic experiences. It is not about dramatic breakthroughs, but about embodied steps. Change becomes sustainable when it is felt in the body and lived in everyday life.
