You are powerful and wise. Perhaps you already know that and you need someone to bounce ideas off of so you can soar higher and reach farther. Perhaps you need someone to remind you of your strength and be your cheerleader as you step into your power. Perhaps you need a little of both.
My background includes life coaching, NLP, and a big old dose of symbolism, dream interpretation, and empathy.
As an Expat, I know what it's like to grow new roots in a new country, too.

My therapeutic style includes deep listening and helping my clients to find resources within themselves. I look out for hidden blockages and limiting beliefs to help my clients see their own potential.
I work with a variety of tools and modalities, so every session is unique to the client and their needs in the moment.
Experience
For the past decade, I have been working with clients from a variety of different backgrounds from the perspective of an Energetekerin (an energy worker in Austria). More recently, I learned tools that help me connect with and support clients using NLP and other coaching methodologies I learned in my LSB (coaching) studies.
Education
I studied Life Coaching through SWIHA in 2011. Their program was very spiritually connected and started me on a deeper journey with both coaching and my own spirituality. More recently, I earned my Lebens-und Sozialberatung diploma in Austria from ROK Akademie.
Throughout the years, I have studied a variety of spiritual modalities and topics, including Reiki and other energy practices, mindfulness, and manifestation. These topics tied so well with NLP (Neural Linguistic Programming) themes I was learning about in my studies -- it was natural to combine them.
