Hello! My name is Patricia, I have been a psychologist since 2019. During my practice, I decided to refine my clinical practice in psychology, concentrating on romantic relationships and couple therapy. This decision came upon recognizing an alarming trend: individuals who are highly competent in their careers, physical appearance, family life, and social interactions often encounter significant challenges in their romantic lives.
These difficulties not only cause a profound emotional impact during breakups or divorces but also severely affect other life areas, including work and family.
My approach is based on the belief that a full and integrated life is achieved by developing robust emotional skills. This involves effectively managing one's feelings, achieving clarity in relationships, setting clear directions, and aligning with your life values.
