Approach

Treatment Approaches
Art therapyRecommended for those who feel more comfortable expressing emotions through creativity and want to explore their feelings through art rather than talking.
Jungian therapyRecommended for those interested in diving deep into their unconscious mind to better understand themselves and grow emotionally.
Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.

It is well known that a reliable relationship with a professional listener who perceives empathically and thinks symbolically can reduce a person's difficulties. I do my best to be such a person for my clients. I practice analytical psychotherapy using elements of art therapy and other techniques. I also practice Jungian analysis, which can be particularly effective with people in midlife transition or in the second half of life. Together we can try to find new attitudes and approaches to the inner and outer changes clients are experiencing.
