I beleive we can grow and heal in the safe space of the therapeutic relationship, when we are mirrored with care and compassion.
I was born in Sofia, Bulgaria, in 1987. In 2005, I moved to Vienna. I studied journalism, searched for my true calling, and had the opportunity to work as an artist for several years. Then I started working in the social field und began the psychotherapy education. I have been working in the field of addiction for over ten years, supporting people towards a more self-reliant life. At the beginning of 2025, a dream came true – I began my work as a psychotherapist in specialist training under supervision. I offer psychotherapy in three languages – German, Bulgarian, and English .
As a jungian analyst, my aproach gives the unconciosness an extra "chair" in our session - dreams and phantasies are welcome to be explored und relived, if there is a wish to dive in the inner world in company. They are important tools that we see and utilize as a bridge to precious, consciously inaccessible, or difficult-to-reach content, allowing us to get closer to ourselves and our true essence. This revitalizes our psyche and activates our creative potential, and the connection to our self.
