I offer a safe space to reflect and explore both the beauty and messiness of life , welcoming all parts of themselves as we navigate life’s complexities together.
I’m a Vienna, Austria based psychotherapist, couples therapist, and psychoanalyst with a passion for exploring what makes us tick and stick together. My journey has taken me across countries, cultures, and classrooms, showing me just how beautifully complex and fascinating people can be. I chose to become a psychotherapist to go beyond understanding, to really connect with people in all their depth, and to help them navigate their own complexities with compassion and clarity.
In my approach to therapy, every client’s journey is unique. I tailor our work together to meet your specific needs, drawing from a variety of evidence-based methods to help a client build greater self-awareness, manage life’s complexities, and clarify what you truly want to achieve in therapy. I see you as the expert of your own life—my role is to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and guidance as invited. Together, we can work to help you make more sense of yourself and others, and develop the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and clarity.
Since 2020, I have been in a private practice, drawing on seven years of experience from an international psychotherapy clinic and additional clinical experience in psychiatric hospital. My professional background spans corporate board roles, organizational and leadership positions, as well as work within charities and NGOs. That experience has made me familiar with people across all levels of society, each with unique needs and perspectives. As a therapist, I have had the privilege of working with clients from over 70 countries, transcending cultural, religious, political, ethnic, and identity boundaries to offer support that respects and honors each individual's journey.
With a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Psychotherapy Science from Sigmund Freud University in Vienna, I have completed training in psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the PSI Institute in Innsbruck, along with certification in couples therapy from the New England Institute of Psychoanalysis.
My commitment to learning is ongoing, as I regularly participate in advanced training programs, including multicultural couples therapy, specialized training in treating narcissism and personality disorders, among others.
