You can expect an openness and invitation to enter into a connection that is ready to receive everything that moves, frustrates and interests you at the moment. This openness, coupled with a feeling of security that arises through ‘non-judgement’, is the basis and perhaps the first most important effective factor of my treatments. In this way, I offer a space that makes change possible and accompanies you on whatever path you are currently on.
As far as the professional side is concerned, I have completed my training here in Vienna in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and group psychoanalysis (GPA). Both are based on the findings of psychoanalysis, which are applied in a modern form in the psychotherapeutic setting.
The second ‘tradition’, so to speak, that strongly influences me in my work is Buddhism. I have been studying Buddhism and practising it for over 10 years in various local settings.
Bringing these two guilds together, the elaborate knowledge of Western psychological approaches and Buddhist ‘consciousness theory/Buddhist psychology’, has in my experience brought about a very fruitful fusion, which is accompanied by profound positive changes. Because it really helps immensely to create an inner ‘space’ filled with warmth for all the experiences that may still be floating around in the ‘unconscious’ - a natural sense of self-worth is awakened!

My interest, which has always been internationally orientated, and the associated travels led me to register with ‘it's complicated’.
