About me

My interest in Psychology began in my early teens. I became curious about human relationships and the complexity of the inner self. With this in mind, I decided to study Psychology. Later I wanted to deepen my knowledge, so I moved to Austria to study Psychoanalysis and Psychodynamic therapy. After graduation, I specialised working with adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, mood and personality disorders. The experience I have gained over a few years with multiple psychological problems brought more light to my understanding of the psyche and its treatment.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
PsychoanalysisGood for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.
Psychodynamic therapyGood for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
I believe that by forming healthy relationships with a psychotherapist, patients learn to build healthy relationships with others and with themselves. Psychodynamic therapy offers people to look deeper at the roots of their problems and to unravel the torment inside of them. On that journey to the authentic self, patients learn to bring their unconscious wishes to the surface and to discover their true feelings. My professional attitude is to encourage patients to explore more about themselves and to guide them to emotional independence. A safe environment and compassionate listening are essential parts of my psychotherapeutic work. As soon as you decide to begin therapy, we will arrange our first meeting. In the first session known as "an initial interview", I will ask you about your personal life and the reasons you seek therapy. You can be open and transparent about everything that disturbs you. We can see how trust in therapy can be build and how new sides of youself can be explored. All sessions are 45 minutes long and offered on a weekly basis, from one to three times per week. The cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to an appointment. In-person sessions are available on Tuesday and Thursday.
