From an early age, I felt a strong pull toward a career where I could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, leading me to pursue psychotherapy. I completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychotherapy Science at Sigmund Freud University in Vienna, where I gained a deep understanding of human behavior and the power of empathy in healing. My approach is grounded in Systemic Family Therapy, which views individuals within the context of their relationships and environment, allowing me to address challenges in a holistic and collaborative way.
I began my career in 2015 at the Sigmund Freud Clinic, working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. This experience reinforced my commitment to a compassionate, adaptable approach that respects each person’s unique perspective and needs. As the world shifted during the COVID-19 pandemic, I expanded my practice to include online therapy, enabling me to support clients worldwide.
Today, I offer both in-person therapy in Vienna’s 1st district and remote sessions, providing services in English and Russian. My focus is on helping clients find clarity, resilience, and self-awareness as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether it's personal growth, family dynamics, trauma recovery, or anxiety, I aim to support individuals in a way that honors their journey.
I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, uncover their strengths, and make lasting changes. My goal is to empower individuals to grow and work toward meaningful transformation and well-being, whatever their current struggles may be.
