I live in Portugal, I´m 31, married and mother of 2.
I grew up in switzerland and I decided to master my skills in psychology because the most difficult thing to achieve in life is to find out who we are and what we are suppose to be and do in life.
It´s amazing to be able to help people in this amazing journey and believing in ourselves is the key.
I love to help people solve their problems and to give them the right tools to follow their path in life towards happiness and fullfilness.

I always do some intro questions so I´m able to know a few things about who I´m working with and I always try to understand what the person needs, I analyse and I help the client find the solution.
I supply materials and technics (when needed) for the client to work and I always do a follow up.
