I've been a psychologist since 2018,
I focus my work on subjects like non monogamy, LGBTQIA+, eating disorders, anxiety and depression.
I work as a psychologist and couple/relational therapist, working with individuais, couples/non monogamous partnerships and families.

Schema therapyRecommended for those who want to break out of negative patterns or "schemas" that they developed early in life and keep repeating.
Systemic therapyRecommended for those who want to understand how their relationships and environments influence their behavior and emotions, particularly within family or organizational systems.
My approach is based on the integrative theory, which means, my focus is on the client's needs and I use the approach that may be more suitable to them.
I've been working mostly with CBT, Systemic Therapy and Schema Therapy, but my aim is always help clients with a personalized approach for them.
As for my approach in couple's therapy, I work with EFT and Schema Therapy for couples, having some influence of systemic therapy in my practice as well.
