I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology, working primarily from a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework. I support children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, mood difficulties, and challenges related to life transitions.
My work is guided by the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace while developing practical tools to cope more effectively with everyday difficulties.
I have experience working with individuals and families in both clinical and community settings, and I tailor each intervention to the unique needs of the person in front of me. My goal is to help clients build emotional resilience, deepen self-understanding, and feel more confident in navigating life’s challenges.
My therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), integrating evidence-based techniques that help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. When helpful, I also incorporate elements from third-wave approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support emotional flexibility and values-based living.
In our work together, you can expect a structured yet warm process that includes clear goal setting, psychoeducation, and the development of practical coping strategies. With children and adolescents, I use developmentally appropriate methods and collaborate with parents or caregivers when beneficial.
Above all, I believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, clarity, and professionalism, helping you move toward greater balance, confidence, and psychological well-being.
