I’m an ACT therapist working online. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help people who feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected become more present, open up, and do what matters to them.
If you often feel stuck — caught between wanting to do things right and wanting to finally feel at ease — therapy can help you get unstuck and move toward what matters to you.
We all have stories we tell ourselves about who we are: “I’m a workaholic.” “I should have it together by now.” “I’m not good with people.” “I always ruin things.” Our brains like to simplify — it helps us make sense of life — but sometimes those stories start getting in the way. We cling to them, or let them define us, and that can make it harder to move forward.
In therapy, I try to help people make a small pivot — from seeing themselves as a set of labels or diagnoses to seeing themselves as whole, complex human beings who can change, learn, and choose differently.
In my work, I value openness, flexibility, compassion, and kindness. I aim to co-create a space where we can be real, curious, and focused on what matters.
I aim to meet clients where they are. I don’t believe in forcing tools or ideas — we collaborate to find what actually works for you. I like to balance being gentle with being firm: you can go at your own pace, and I’ll also help you stay focused when things start to drift.
My sessions are practice-oriented. We reflect, talk, and look for small, realistic steps you can try in everyday life. I believe the way we talk to ourselves — especially with kindness and compassion — has a tremendous impact on our well-being.
I genuinely enjoy working with neurodivergent people and with anyone who wants to understand themselves better and live in a way that feels more aligned with their values.
Therapy with me is about learning to show up as yourself — imperfect, human, and capable of change.
I’m a trained ACT therapist, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is the main approach I use in my work.
ACT is part of what’s called the “third wave” of behavioral therapies. It’s an evidence-based approach that blends mindfulness and acceptance with taking action guided by your values.
In simple terms, ACT is about helping you build a different relationship with your thoughts and feelings — one that’s less about fighting them and more about understanding and making room for them.
From there, we look at what truly matters to you and find practical ways to move in that direction, even when difficult emotions show up along the way.
