If you often feel stuck — caught between wanting to do things right and wanting to finally feel at ease — therapy can help you get unstuck and move toward what matters to you.
We all have stories we tell ourselves about who we are: “I’m a workaholic.” “I should have it together by now.” “I’m not good with people.” “I always ruin things.” Our brains like to simplify — it helps us make sense of life — but sometimes those stories start getting in the way. We cling to them, or let them define us, and that can make it harder to move forward.
In therapy, I try to help people make a small pivot — from seeing themselves as a set of labels or diagnoses to seeing themselves as whole, complex human beings who can change, learn, and choose differently.
In my work, I value openness, flexibility, compassion, and kindness. I aim to co-create a space where we can be real, curious, and focused on what matters.
I aim to meet clients where they are. I don’t believe in forcing tools or ideas — we collaborate to find what actually works for you. I like to balance being gentle with being firm: you can go at your own pace, and I’ll also help you stay focused when things start to drift.
My sessions are practice-oriented. We reflect, talk, and look for small, realistic steps you can try in everyday life. I believe the way we talk to ourselves — especially with kindness and compassion — has a tremendous impact on our well-being.
I genuinely enjoy working with neurodivergent people and with anyone who wants to understand themselves better and live in a way that feels more aligned with their values.
Therapy with me is about learning to show up as yourself — imperfect, human, and capable of change.
