A bilingual, client-focused, Clinical Psychologist who abides by ethical principles to do no harm. I am here to listen, not judge.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Health Psychology and am currently pursuing a second Master’s in Neuroscience. Alongside my academic path, I’ve specialized in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and earned a certification in the Psychology of High Performance in Sports.
Having grown up in a multicultural environment and lived in four different countries, I understand cultural nuance, particularly in areas like: intercultural relationships, the grief that can come with migration, and the complex shame often tied to family dysfunction in collectivist societies.
In my clinical practice, I support adults navigating early life stress, trauma, or periods of transition, helping them reframe their life story, reclaim their worth and build a life that feels safe and meaningful.
My therapeutic approach is integrative; I combine diverse schools of thought (Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Psychology).
I customise the methodology and plan to the client's needs and objectives.
I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being able to openly discuss any topic, including our working relationship. I am receptive of feedback and gratefully welcome it.
While my experience covers all ages, I am currently focusing on adults.
