My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy, with a strong focus on presence, emotional clarity, and the quality of our connection. I work slowly and attentively, helping clients move out of constant analysis and into direct experience — noticing what is actually happening in the moment, not just talking about it.
Sessions are collaborative, thoughtful, and often quietly transformative. Clients who come to me are often reflective, capable, and used to functioning well, yet feel emotionally tired, stuck, or disconnected. Together, we explore patterns in relationships, work, and inner life, and develop more supportive and authentic ways of responding.
I don’t offer quick fixes or ready-made answers. Instead, I create a calm, grounded space where insight emerges naturally, self-trust grows, and change feels sustainable rather than forced. Many clients describe sessions as a place where things finally begin to make sense — quietly and without pressure.
