My therapeutic approach could be defined as eclectic, given that I combine diverse schools of thought (Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Psychology).
The methodology is customized individually based on the client's needs.
Mainly, talk therapy is implemented, and if necessary or requested by the client, supplemented with tasks and homework.
My experience has been diverse, seeing a variety of clients (children, adolescents, athletes, couples, families) and developing interventions for a wide range of reasons (stress management, change adaptation, interpersonal relationships, communication and social skills, negotiation, goal setting and development, self-exploration, emotional regulation, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders, immigration and integration).
