About me
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Supervision Professional and a career counselor with more than ten years’ experience in individual and group counseling. In sessions, I create a safe environment so you can express yourself while working with challenges as overthinking, relationship issues, social anxiety, burnout, public speaking anxiety, anger or low self-esteem. Our common goal is to find inner balance and feel empowered.
