About me
Hi! I’m Anna. I love psychotherapy as a tool for improving my quality of life, helping me understand what works for me, what I need, and how to relate it to the real world.
I came to psychotherapy while I was studying psychology at university. I wasn't sure what to do next, how I wanted to develop as a professional, and I was struggling with my extracurricular activities as well. I didn't know where to go or how I envisioned my life, who I wanted to be with, or whether I wanted to be with anyone at all.
So, I know from personal experience how personal psychotherapy can help.

My first few jobs were in rehabilitation centers for people with chemical dependencies. I also worked at a school with children and teenagers (that's why I only work with adults now :)). And from the very beginning, I had a small private practice, which gradually turned into my main place of work.
