I’m a clinical psychologist and Gestalt therapist with over 13 years of education and training in psychology and psychotherapy, and 5 years of practical experience supporting clients in their personal growth. Since 2012, I’ve lived abroad and have been immersed in multicultural environments, which has shaped my sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds and unique stories people bring into the therapy room.
While my core approach is rooted in Gestalt therapy, I draw inspiration and tools from a variety of therapeutic traditions, including psychodynamic therapy, schema therapy, family systems therapy. This allows me to adapt to each person’s needs with flexibility and depth.
I work with adults who are seeking a safe, supportive space to better understand themselves, explore their inner world, and navigate life’s challenges. I bring warmth and deep respect into each session, and I take my role seriously—I know how much trust it takes to open up, and I do my best to offer a space that is safe, thoughtful, and grounded.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey—one where even small insights can open the door to greater clarity, meaning, and ease. If you’re ready to take that step, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
