My approach is oriented toward the challenges of the 21st century. I work with people who find themselves in complex relationships, who feel lonely, struggle with professional pressures, or who wish to experience their inner world in a more vivid and coherent way.
Like most therapists, I began my work with classical therapeutic methods. Over time, however, it became clear to me that these approaches alone are often not sufficient. Since then, I have worked intensively with modern models, seeking to connect a deep understanding of the mind with the concrete realities of my clients’ everyday lives.
The people I work with are usually reflective, capable, and fundamentally open to change. Their difficulties often do not arise from a lack of ability, but from the fact that the pieces of their lives have not yet come together into a meaningful whole.
In our shared work, we therefore gently deepen the understanding of thoughts, emotions, and external life circumstances, and bring them into relationship with one another. This kind of careful exploration lays the foundation for genuine and lasting change. Together, we develop an inner compass, conceptual clarity, and practical tools that help you understand yourself more deeply—and support you both in everyday life and on your path forward.
