Hello, I’m a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist certified by both the Polish and European Associations for CBT (PTTPB, EABCT). I’ve been working as a therapist for over 15 years, supporting adults from many walks of life – people navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, ADHD, self-doubt, or simply moments when life feels overwhelming or directionless.
What matters most to me in therapy is that you feel seen, heard, and understood — exactly as you are. My role isn’t to judge or tell you who you should be, but to help you discover what you need, what feels right for you, and how to move toward a life that feels more aligned and peaceful. I know that change isn’t easy — and it’s not something we can just “decide” to do. It’s a process, often messy, emotional, and full of uncertainty. I’ve been through my own share of crises and transitions, and I know that having someone who truly listens and stays with you through it can make all the difference. That’s what I aim to offer: a grounded, warm presence and a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out.
As a neurodivergent person myself, I also have personal insight into living with ADHD — what it’s like when your mind works a bit differently, and how to make that difference work for you rather than against you. Supporting clients with ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity has become a particularly meaningful part of my work.
Beyond my work as a therapist, I’m passionate about the sea — I’ve spent many years sailing, even serving as an officer aboard Polish tall ships. It taught me a lot about teamwork, leadership, and how people grow through both calm waters and storms. At home, I share my life with my dog, Roomba, who gently reminds me to slow down and enjoy the small things.
My approach brings together the structure and effectiveness of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy with the emotional depth of Schema Therapy. I don’t believe in rigid protocols or “one-size-fits-all” techniques — therapy, for me, is always about you and what feels right in your story.
In our sessions, we will look together at what you’re going through — with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. Sometimes we’ll go deep; sometimes we’ll need a bit of lightness and perspective. I believe that real change happens when you feel safe enough to explore your inner world, without fear of being judged or misunderstood.
I see therapy as a collaboration. I bring my professional knowledge, but also my humanity, warmth, and emotional presence. I want you to feel that you’re not alone in this process — that you have someone beside you who genuinely cares, helps you make sense of your experiences, and supports you in building the life and sense of self you want to have.
Whether you’re going through a crisis, trying to understand your emotions, struggling with ADHD, or searching for a stronger sense of self-worth — I’m here to help you find your footing again, at your own pace, in your own way.
