I am a psychologist, certified DBT psychotherapist, and currently training in hypnotherapy. Psychology has been my passion for many years, and I consider the opportunity to help others both a privilege and a responsibility.
My professional experience began at the Academy of the Future, where I provided individual support to children. In the following years, I conducted psychoeducation on mental health for students, teachers, and parents alike.
I started gaining experience in psychotherapy by completing Level I training in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I also completed an internship at the Razem Foundation, where I worked with adults. There, I had the opportunity to develop skills in leading support and development groups as well as groups for people affected by codependency.
I completed comprehensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT Comprehensive) accredited by PTDBT under the supervision of Dr. Alan Fruzzetti from McLean Hospital, USA. I also completed C-PTSD training within the DBT approach accredited by PTDBT and led by Dr. Martin Bohus.
Currently, I am furthering my education in integrative psychotherapy at The National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy in London, accredited by UKCP, where I am developing skills in psychotherapy and hypnosis.
My experience is complemented by two year-long courses: “Relational Reversal. Narcissistic Disorders. Psychoanalytic Understanding based on work at the Personality Disorders Treatment Unit at the Specialist Hospital named after Dr. J. Babiński in Krakow” and “Basics of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.” Both courses were led by certified psychoanalysts at ISPHS.
I work within the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) framework, tailoring therapeutic techniques and approaches to each individual. I participate in regular supervision and am a member of the DBT consultation team. I approach my clients with respect, basing the relationship on trust and authenticity.
The goal of my work is to deeply understand each client and respond to their needs. I work with adolescents and adults struggling with issues such as self-harm, high sensitivity, depression, personality disorders, emotional dysregulation, anxiety disorders and ADHD.
I also support people facing relationship difficulties, minority stress, feelings of meaninglessness, difficult past experiences, intense stress, tension, or challenging life situations. Additionally, I conduct diagnoses of personality disorders and ADHD.
