I'm 43, a psychologist, psychotherapist, and Gestalt therapist with lived experience of recovering from chemical addiction. Before dedicating myself to psychotherapy, I worked in senior leadership roles, including as COO and area coach at KFC. My background combines deep personal recovery, crisis navigation, and corporate leadership—giving me unique insight into human resilience. I’ve worked in psychology since 2009. My path led from engineering and executive roles to immersive personal therapy and professional psychotherapeutic training. Today, I help people move through life transitions, rebuild emotional contact, and strengthen their inner stability.
I use an integrative approach combining Gestalt, cognitive-behavioral, and existential methods. From the very beginning, we define clear goals and build a structured plan, creating a safe, focused process that leads to measurable and meaningful change. In addition to individual work, I lead therapy groups and long-term projects on addiction, codependency, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationships. My groups provide emotional support, practical tools for self-regulation, and real-life interpersonal experience. My style is grounded in empathy, authentic contact, and deep respect for each person's boundaries and pace. Therapy with me isn’t just a conversation—it’s a space where change becomes possible, and where we explore meaning, choices, and resilience.
