I am a trained clinical psychologist (Moscow State University) with 7+ years of experience and a certified psychologist in Poland (SWPS University, Ms) . I have experience working as a clinical psychologist in a psychiatric clinic and a psychologist on a helpline. I have been undergoing personal psychotherapy for the last 8 years, and regularly attend supervision with foreign psychotherapists (Eduarda Vendysova, Otto Kernberg).
I specialize in Transference-focused Therapy (TFP). The main task of TFP is to change the structure of character, habitual patterns of perception of oneself, the world and others, so that as a result of this a person can come to a clearer and more realistic perception, feel more emotionally stable, build satisfying relationships with people, be productive at work or study, and enjoy recreation.
In the course of therapy, a person's dysfunctional patterns, ways of thinking and attitude to emotions, ways of interacting with other people are studied, which helps to change the structure of character and its characteristics. The therapist helps to discover these patterns, understand and process the emotions associated with them, which are not always realized.
I also work with people with eating disorders and disorders (using a cognitive behavioral approach CBT-E), with problems such as
