Born in Canada with a Persian-Polish background, I moved around quite often from a young age, jumping from Canada, the USA, Poland, the UAE, and Spain, finally settling in Warsaw, Poland.
I understand the potential challenges of navigating multiple cultures, being uprooted, and questioning a sense of identity and belonging. Between social expectations, communities, and building your own identity among sometimes conflicting factors, I believe we all have the ability to find self-acceptance and peace within ourselves, as well as finding the opportunity for growth.
In 2020, I graduated as a Clinical Psychologist at the University of Warsaw, with my specialization being in neuropsychology. I continuously attend workshops, courses, and continued education programs to deepen my knowledge about relevant issues and updated interventions.
Apart from navigating our external and social world, I also support individuals with psychedelic integration from past (both positive and negative) experiences they may have had. Additionally, I provide a safe space to those who feel like they may struggle with substance addiction.
