About me

Born in Canada with a Persian-Polish background, I moved around quite often from a young age, jumping from Canada, the USA, Poland, the UAE, and Spain, finally settling in Warsaw, Poland.

I understand the potential challenges of navigating multiple cultures, being uprooted, and questioning a sense of identity and belonging. Between social expectations, communities, and building your own identity among sometimes conflicting factors, I believe we all have the ability to find self-acceptance and peace within ourselves, as well as finding the opportunity for growth.

Economic challenges are often intertwined with these experiences, leading to crippling financial stress that can compound emotional and mental well-being. I recognize the heavy toll that monetary issues can take on individuals and relationships, and I aim to help navigate these complexities with clarity and confidence. Overspending, extreme frugality, avoiding your numbers completely, or the contrary, living in your spreadsheets are some common ways these issues present themselves. Recognizing periods of "retail therapy" and experiencing "buyer's remorse" soon after can also run parallel to this. If you feel like your relationship with money is interfering with your emotional well-being and is more a source of stress rather than freedom, we can explore it.

In 2020, I graduated as a Clinical Psychologist at the University of Warsaw, with my specialization being in neuropsychology. I continuously attend workshops, courses, and continued education programs to deepen my knowledge about relevant issues and updated interventions.

Apart from navigating our external and social world, I also support individuals with psychedelic integration from past (both positive and negative) experiences they may have had. Additionally, I provide a safe space to those who feel like they may struggle with substance addiction.

My approach

In my psychological sessions, I draw from a combination of evidence-based therapies, including solution-focused therapy, ACT, and some elements of CBT. I customize my approach to suit the specific needs and goals of each individual. Through our collaboration, I aim to help you cultivate greater self-awareness, build resilience, and create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
