I am a certified psychotherapist and psychologist. If you want to feel at peace with yourself and others, change what you can change and accept what you cannot, you have come to the right place.
I conduct psychotherapy for adults who:
I provide online therapy for those living abroad or in smaller towns with limited access to psychological help. For those living in Warsaw I also offer in-person sessions in my office.
In my free time, I volunteer at a foundation that organizes meditation courses, I enjoy practicing yoga, and running. I like to relax in nature, in the company of those closest to me.
I practice Gestalt therapy, which has its roots in existentialism. This approach emphasizes human freedom, values, the meaning of life, and our responsibility for it.
What does this mean in practice?
I recognize that each person I work with is a unique individual, and I strive to get to know their world with genuine interest. I help them connect with their inner experience in the here and now. For me, it is more important to understand how they experience their difficulties, rather than why they have them. I not only believe but also observe in my work that each of us has the potential to overcome crises. I support individuals in recognizing and removing the blocks that hinder them from leading a fuller life.
I am a member of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy Society and adhere to its ethical code. I constantly develop my expertise and regularly submit my work for supervision to a cerified supervisor.
My professional interests revolve around the treatment of complex trauma and attachment style disorders. The way I work has been and continues to be significantly influenced by the thoughts of figures including Irvin Yalom, Marshall Rosenberg, Pete Walker, Erich Fromm, and many others.
I gained experience at the Mental Health Psychotherapy Center, the Clinical Psychiatric Unit of Wolski Hospital and the Luxmed 'Harmonia' Mental Health Center.
I earned my Psychology Master's degree at the University of Warsaw and soon after deepened my expertise at the Intra Center for Education and Psychological Assistance, within its School of Training and Psychological Workshop.
I am also a graduate of a four‑year program at the Institute of Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy, a centre accredited both by the European Association of Gestalt Psychotherapy and the Polish Psychological Accociation.
I have received the European Certificate in Gestalt Psychotherapy, which confirms my competence.
