As a former international lawyer, I understand the pressure to succeed. As a therapist, I help high-achievers escape the trap of that success and author a life that is truly their own.
My path to psychology began after years of navigating demanding roles and major life changes myself. I came to understand how easy it is to appear accomplished on the outside while feeling unfulfilled within. That realization sparked my decision to shift direction and dedicate myself to work that felt more authentic and meaningful.
My professional life once revolved around high‑pressure international work, where success often came with exhaustion. Living through those challenges gave me a deep empathy for people carrying the weight of constant expectations and transitions. This background continues to inform the perspective I bring to my role as a psychologist.
I see therapy as a genuine human connection where clients can bring both their strengths and their struggles without judgment. My style is warm, collaborative, and attentive—I listen closely, but I also invite curiosity and gentle challenge when it helps open new perspectives.
Together, we explore not only the immediate difficulties but also the deeper patterns that shape them. I aim to create a space where clients can slow down, notice themselves more fully, and gradually move toward a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and sustainable.
