Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
Solution-focused therapyRecommended for those who want quick, practical solutions to their problems without focusing too much time on the past.
My therapeutic style is interactive and collaborative. In sessions I facilitate a dynamic conversation about your life to help you identify, feel, and make sense of the emotions waiting to be understood and processed. I view therapy as a journey of understanding and resolving experiences that once felt too big or isolating to face alone.

We build a practical toolkit in therapy—skills for emotional regulation, communication, and resilience—so you can address past wounds and move into the future better equipped to handle life’s challenges. For example, with anger I will help you understand its roots and defuse that long‑forgotten bomb dormant in the past. We’ll practice new anger‑management strategies tailored to your experiences so you can apply them in the present.

Here we don’t judge your psyche; I help you understand the defence mechanisms you used to cope in the past (they were for sure needed) and compassionately recode them so they fit the future you want for yourself.
