About me

I live in Poland, Germany, and Georgia. With a passion for science, psychology and philosophy, I have developed expertise in effective therapy, enriched by meditation retreats around the world and a PhD in Buddhist Studies.

Having spent time across Europe, North America, and Asia, I understand the unique challenges faced by expats living abroad. My background in organizational psychology also allows me to support clients in complex work situations.

Privately, my days are filled with my relationship, mindful activities like meditation, research in psychology, and enjoying healthy living.

Additionally, with my practical approach clients usually experience noticeable relief quickly, within themselves and in relationships. I bring clarity, warmth, and active engagement to each session.
