I conduct psychotherapy for adults who:
- Experience low mood, depression, anxiety, and anger outbursts,
- Struggle with low self-esteem,
- Have difficulty building close and satisfying relationships,
- Are going through a life crisis (separation, betrayal, illness, grief, accidents),
- Face challenges in achieving goals and finding motivation to work.
I also work with individuals who aim for personal development, expanding their potential and self-awareness.

In my free time, I volunteer at a foundation that organizes meditation courses, I enjoy listening to podcasts, practicing yoga, and running. I like to relax in nature, in the company of those closest to me.
