About me
I currently live in Warsaw, working in individual and group formats.
I have experience working in a rehabilitation center with alcohol/drug/gambling addicts, as well as their relatives.
I worked in a psychiatric dispensary with people with mental disorders.
I collaborated with the Zigmund.Online platform.
I study a lot and continuously, I have specializations in working with sexual problems, crises and traumas, group psychotherapy, ADHD coaching.
I work with grief and loss, acceptance of diagnoses.
I have a special interest in emotional intelligence, issues of self-worth, interpersonal relationships and separation.
I work in the Gestalt approach, integrating CBT techniques, art therapy and other approaches depending on the needs and requests of the client. The peculiarity of the work will be the return of integrity by recognizing and accepting your emotions, thoughts, needs and choosing ways to implement them "here and now". The approach allows you to trace how you usually react to what happens to you and how you deal with your needs.
