About me

Who I am I am a passionate psychologist who is also a person with ADHD, on the autism spectrum, and non-binary. These aspects of my identity shape both my perspective and my connection with the people I work with. In addition to my therapeutic practice, I also work as a diagnostician for ADHD and autism spectrum conditions in adults. I am deeply committed to ongoing learning, whether through formal training, discussions with other specialists, or independent research. In my free time, I enjoy creating psychoeducational content. I am a member of PTDBT, and I work in English and Polish, with some knowledge of Spanish. Privately I'm a cat lover (I have two cats) and I enjoy learning and creating new things. Currently I live in Poland but in the past I lived half a year in Valencia, Spain thanks to Erasmus program. My credentials I am a Master of Psychology, a psychodietetician and a DBT therapist. Currently also studying psychotraumatology in order to help you process your trauma experiences better. Who I help I work with adults who are: Exploring ADHD or autism diagnosis Living with ADHD, autism, or AuDHD LGBTQ+, queer, or questioning their identity Struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, borderline personality disorder, or burnout Looking for a therapist who truly “gets” neurodivergence and queer experience Just feel that I might be the person who can help them

Approach

Treatment Approaches
DBT: Dialectical Behavior Therapy Recommended for those who want to learn skills to manage intense emotions and improve their relationships, especially if they feel easily overwhelmed.
Holistic approachRecommended for those who want to address their mental health through a balanced focus on mind, body, and spirit.
Trauma Informed CareRecommended for those who have experienced trauma and need a safe, supportive space to heal at their own pace.
In my practice, which I offer online, I aim to create a safe, welcoming, and accepting environment where clients feel understood. I place great value on collaboration, working with each person to find the path that suits them best. My sessions are designed to be warm and empathetic, while also structured enough to ensure that our time together is meaningful and productive. I do not believe in rigid rules; instead, I adapt my approach to the individual by drawing on methods from DBT, CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy, and others, depending on what is most helpful. My work focuses primarily on supporting adults who are neurodivergent, particularly those with ADHD or on the autism spectrum, as well as adults from the LGBTQ+ community and anyone open to collaborative therapeutic work.
