Who I am
I am a passionate psychologist who is also a person with ADHD, on the autism spectrum, and non-binary. These aspects of my identity shape both my perspective and my connection with the people I work with. In addition to my therapeutic practice, I also work as a diagnostician for ADHD and autism spectrum conditions in adults.
I am deeply committed to ongoing learning, whether through formal training, discussions with other specialists, or independent research. In my free time, I enjoy creating psychoeducational content. I am a member of PTDBT, and I work in English and Polish, with some knowledge of Spanish.
Privately I'm a cat lover (I have two cats) and I enjoy learning and creating new things. Currently I live in Poland but in the past I lived half a year in Valencia, Spain thanks to Erasmus program.
My credentials
I am a Master of Psychology, a psychodietetician and a psychotherapist in DBT training. Currently also studying psychotraumatology in order to help you process your trauma experiences better.
