I am a psychologist and coach specializing in the cognitive-behavioral approach, currently pursuing a 4-year advanced training program in CBT. My work is rooted in evidence-based methods, but also in empathy, respect and a genuine curiosity for every person’s inner world. I support adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, chronic tension, burnout, ADHD, OCD, Bipolar disorder, perfectionism, phobias and difficulties in both personal and professional relationships.

Before my psychological practice, I spent many years working in international corporate environments. This experience gave me deep insight into the emotional and professional challenges people face at work — high pressure, constant expectations, stress, low mood, reduced motivation, self-esteem difficulties, workaholism, clinical perfectionism and burnout. Understanding these dynamics from the inside allows me to support clients with authenticity, realism and genuine compassion for the complexity of modern professional life.
In my therapeutic work, I help clients identify destructive thought patterns, emotional triggers and behavioural habits that contribute to distress or keep them stuck. Together, we examine these patterns with curiosity and compassion, gradually replacing them with healthier, more adaptive alternatives. I encourage active participation in the change process, helping clients recognize their strengths, build emotional awareness, and develop a more nurturing relationship with themselves and the world around them. Our sessions offer a safe, steady and supportive space where clients can slow down, reflect and explore their internal experiences without judgement. Crisis intervention is an integral part of this work when needed. In moments of emotional overwhelm or instability, I help clients understand their thoughts and feelings, assess risk, stabilize the situation and regain a sense of control. Together, we develop strategies to navigate the immediate crisis while also building a long-term plan for safety, resilience and healthier coping.
