I am a CBT psychotherapist in training and a psychologist with a strong background in cognitive-behavioural and relational approaches. My work combines evidence-based methods with attentiveness, clarity and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I support adults dealing with anxiety, chronic stress, perfectionism, overthinking, low self-esteem, panic, relational difficulties and the emotional consequences of long-term pressure both personal and professional.
In therapy, I focus on psychological safety, collaboration and meaningful, lasting change. I treat the therapeutic process as a structured yet flexible space, where we explore the beliefs, patterns and emotional habits that shape your daily life. Together we identify what strengthens you, what burdens you, and how to move toward a more grounded, balanced experience of yourself. My role is to help you regulate your nervous system, build healthier boundaries, work through shame and self-criticism, and develop skills that support resilience and self-compassion.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades working in international corporate environments, leading large teams and navigating high-stakes responsibilities. This experience gives me a unique understanding of the emotional reality behind performance: the pressure to cope, the fear of judgement, patterns of overwork, burnout, people-pleasing, workplace anxiety and the silent load carried by high-achieving professionals.
Today I integrate this perspective into my therapeutic work offering my clients both psychological expertise and a grounded, realistic grasp of the challenges modern adults face. I aim to create a space that is steady, supportive and transformative, where change is not just possible, but sustainable.
