As a psychotherapist, I blend therapeutic methods with a warm, personalized approach—tailoring support to what truly works for each individual. My mission is to offer care that’s effective.
I offer individual therapy for adults, as well as sessions for couples.
I welcome clients of all sexual orientations and gender identities, and I strive to provide a safe, respectful, and affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals. In my work with couples, I support both heterosexual and same-gender partnerships, as well as non-monogamous relationships—including polyamorous constellations. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where everyone can feel seen, heard, and accepted as they are.
I have particular expertise in working with individuals navigating the complexities of personality disorders. I support clients with diagnoses such as borderline personality disorder (BPD) and narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), as well as those with avoidant, dependent, obsessive-compulsive (OCPD), histrionic, paranoid, or schizotypal personality traits. These challenges often involve difficulties in emotional regulation, relationships, identity, and self-worth. Through therapy, I help clients better understand their patterns, develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others, and build greater psychological flexibility and resilience.
I also work extensively with neurodivergent individuals, especially those on the autism spectrum (ASD) and those with ADHD. This includes both individual therapy and work with couples in which one or both partners are neurodivergent. I emphasize understanding each person's unique sensory, cognitive, and emotional experience—while fostering communication and connection in ways that honor neurodiversity.
In addition, I have experience supporting individuals with eating disorders, drawing on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build core skills such as emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and self-compassion. I work with people struggling with binge eating, restriction, purging, and body image concerns—always tailoring the process to support recovery at the client’s own pace.
The therapeutic process is always individually adapted—grounded in the client’s history, present challenges, and readiness for change. I aim to create a space of authentic connection, trust, and respect for the depth and complexity of each person’s experience.
In therapy I integrate a psychodynamic approach, which allows for a deeper understanding of inner conflicts, unconscious relational patterns, and the roots of psychological suffering. This approach supports the development of a more coherent identity and a healthier self-image.
At the same time, I draw on dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which is especially effective for working with individuals with BPD and eating disorders— it supports emotional regulation, the building of stable relationships, and the development of crisis management skills.
I also conduct psychological assessments for adolescents and adults, including evaluations for autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and personality disorders—using reliable diagnostic tools and based on current clinical knowledge. For more detailed information about the diagnostic process, please feel free to contact me directly.
