Approach

Treatment Approaches
CounsellingRecommended for those who want to talk through their emotional challenges with a professional in a safe, supportive environment.
Humanistic psychologyRecommended for those looking for a therapy that emphasizes personal growth and self-fulfillment, focusing on becoming your best self in a positive, non-judgmental space.
Person-centred approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.

PCA - person-centred approach is based on the works of its founder Carl Rogers. It's a non-directive approach. The key to effective therapy is establishing contact between the client and the therapist which is based on trust, transparency and respect for both the client's personality and experiences. Through this kind of relationship, a client learns to review her or his life realia, trust oneself and keep better contact with real needs and wishes. In time it leads to better decision-making relational patterns and enhances the quality of life.
