Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Couples therapySupport for couples working through problems and who want to gain insight into the relational dynamics that contribute to the problem.
Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.
Schema therapyRecommended for those who want to break out of negative patterns or "schemas" that they developed early in life and keep repeating.

Therapy with me is both supportive and practical. Together, we look at the patterns that keep you stuck, understand where they come from, and find realistic ways to create change. My goal is to offer a space where you can feel understood without judgment while also gaining concrete tools to improve your wellbeing, relationships, and daily life.

Many of the people I work with struggle with recurring relationship patterns, anxiety, self-criticism, intimacy difficulties, identity questions, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. I work especially with LGBTQ+ clients, people in consensually non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships, expats, and couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, or better understand one another.

Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs. Some people come looking for practical strategies and clear goals. Others want to explore deeper emotional patterns, attachment experiences, or relationship dynamics. Depending on what you need, therapy can be structured and solution-focused, reflective and exploratory, or a combination of both.

My work is grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps identify and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour. I also integrate elements of Schema Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and sexology-informed knowledge. This allows us to work not only with current difficulties but also with deeper patterns that may have developed earlier in life and continue to affect relationships, self-esteem, intimacy, or emotional wellbeing.

Much of my work focuses on relationships. Whether you are single, dating, partnered, exploring consensual non-monogamy, or navigating a breakup, therapy can help you better understand your needs, communicate more effectively, manage difficult emotions, and build healthier, more satisfying connections with others.

Before working in private practice, I gained clinical experience in psychiatric and crisis-intervention settings. These experiences continue to inform my work with anxiety, emotional crises, relationship difficulties, and complex life situations.

We may be a good fit if you:

  • Keep finding yourself in the same painful relationship patterns.
  • Struggle with communication, trust, intimacy, or conflict.
  • Want LGBTQ+-affirmative therapy.
  • Are exploring polyamory or consensual non-monogamy.
  • Want practical tools as well as deeper self-understanding.
  • Prefer a therapist who is warm, accepting, and direct when needed

Experience

My clinical experience includes work in psychiatric, outpatient, and crisis-intervention settings, where I supported people experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional crises, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions.

These experiences gave me a strong foundation in understanding how emotional patterns, attachment experiences, and relationship dynamics influence wellbeing. They continue to inform my work with individuals and couples navigating communication difficulties, intimacy concerns, identity questions, conflict, trust issues, and relationship transitions.

Today, I work primarily with LGBTQ+ clients, expats, people in consensually non-monogamous relationships, and couples seeking to build healthier and more satisfying relationships.

Alongside my clinical work, I continue professional development through CBT psychotherapy training, clinical sexology training, supervision, and ongoing education.

Education

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw and am currently completing professional training in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy at SWPS University, accredited by the European Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (EABCT).

I am also completing postgraduate clinical sexology training at the Medical University of Warsaw, which complements my work with relationships, intimacy, sexuality, LGBTQ+ clients, and people exploring consensual non-monogamy.

Alongside formal education, I regularly participate in supervision and professional development to ensure that my work remains evidence-based, ethical, and tailored to the needs of individuals and couples.
