My therapeutic approach is integrative and human-centered. Rather than applying a fixed method, I adapt the therapeutic process to the individual, recognizing that each person’s needs, history, and pace are unique.
My work is primarily informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, client-centered therapy, and holistic psychological frameworks. These perspectives are integrated to support both emotional depth and practical regulation, allowing insight and change to develop in a grounded and sustainable way.
At the core of my work is the understanding that emotional or behavioral difficulties are not problems to be eliminated, but meaningful signals pointing toward unmet needs, inner conflicts, or unprocessed experiences.
Through my Holistic Self Alignment framework, we explore emotional patterns and belief systems, the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, bodily signals and nervous system regulation, as well as personal values, boundaries, and identity.
The aim of therapy is not quick fixes, but sustainable inner alignment, supporting emotional resilience, self-connection, and change that feels authentic and lasting.
Sessions are collaborative, transparent, and paced according to your capacity, creating space for gradual integration and meaningful psychological growth.
