As a psychologist (M.Sc.), I work with individuals and couples. My focus: trauma, stress and burnout, anxiety, neurodiversity (e.g., ADHD, high sensitivity), attachment and relationship patterns, self-esteem.
As a psychologist (M.Sc.) with a license to practice psychotherapeutic counselling in Germany and a doctoral candidate in brain research, I combine solid psychological knowledge with the latest neuroscientific insights. My expertise in areas such as trauma-related disorders, attachment trauma, relationship dynamics, resilience promotion, stress and burnout, self-esteem, and neurodiversity enables me to support people holistically in their challenges. In my practice on the North Sea island of Föhr, as well as online, I offer a safe space to work together on personal issues and find new ways to improve quality of life.
In my work, I integrate various therapeutic approaches, including systemic therapy, trauma therapy, DBT, EFT, EMDR, and schema therapy. I place particular emphasis on body-oriented methods that involve the nervous system. This holistic approach allows us to work not only on a cognitive level but also to address deeper emotional and physical processes. Together, we develop strategies to break recurring patterns, reduce anxieties, and build resilience against stress and burnout. My goal is to empower you to recognize and utilize your unique strengths to lead an authentic and fulfilling life - both professionally and personally.
