I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and am completing a three-year professional training program in Gestalt Therapy and Counseling at the Moscow Institute of Gestalt Therapy and Counseling. Becoming a therapist was a natural step for me, guided by a deep passion for human connection and personal growth. I believe therapy is not only about overcoming difficulties, but also about discovering new ways of being, relating, and creating meaning in life. My own journey has taught me that change is possible when we are met with empathy, honesty, and presence, values I bring into every therapeutic relationship.
I work with people who are ready to explore themselves deeply. In our sessions, you’ll discover your patterns and where they come from, learn to connect with your body and emotions, and recognize your strengths and resources. You’ll begin to understand yourself and the world around you in new ways—feeling more at ease in your own skin and more confident in your choices. My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy—creative, experimental, deeply human. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, but about meeting you as you are, and discovering together what else is possible. If something inside you is ready to be heard, we can start there. I work with individuals facing anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, psychosomatic issues, depression, and addiction. My role is not to give ready-made solutions, but to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore themselves, find their own answers, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
