I work as psychological Psychotherapist with experience helping individuals navigate challenges such as ADHD, trauma, depression, existential crises, attachment issues, and anxiety. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the unconscious, drawing from C.G. Jung’s teachings to explore the profound connections between mind, meaning, and personal growth.
In addition to my clinical work, I hold MSc in psychology (recognised both in EU and Switzerland) and master degree in philosophy. Also I have an interdisciplinary PhD (combined philosophy, psychology, cultural and religious studies), where I focused on developing a philosophical system inspired by Jung's works. I also taught subjects such as history of philosophy, philosophy of culture and existentialism at university for several years. This unique blend of academic insight and practical application allows me to guide clients through life’s complexities, fostering self-awareness and resilience. I am also studying at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich to broaden my expertise and knowledge. My work is supervised.
If you’d prefer to visit me in person, then please don’t hesitate to contact me through Praxis am Zürichberg: https://www.therapieamzuerichberg.ch (we also accept insurance, however, in this case the cost is different - in line with the rates in Zurich). My private mail is skibowski@curanima.org
