My journey has always been shaped by change. In my previous roles as a scientist, consultant, and manager, I supported international organizations and governments in reorienting themselves within a rapidly changing environment and shaping sustainable transformations. Through this work, I learned that true change does not start on a strategic or technical level, but rather within people themselves.
Today, I guide change processes on a personal level, helping individuals find their own path, overcome internal barriers, and lead a life that truly suits them. My approach combines my extensive professional experience in change processes with a deep psychological understanding.
Change is a profound process - whether in organizations or in individual lives. I see my role as guiding people through these processes, creating clarity, and supporting them in realizing the full potential of their own transformation.
In my practice, I use various evidence-based methods, primarily drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). There are over 1,000 randomized controlled trials (RCTs - the gold standard of research) published in scientific journals that demonstrate the effectiveness of ACT.
ACT is a modern form of behavioral therapy that aims to help people lead a more fulfilling and value-oriented life. The focus is on fostering psychological flexibility - the ability to be present in the moment and to act in alignment with one's values, even in the face of difficult thoughts and feelings.
