I accompany individuals and couples through moments of difficulty, change, and transition, offering a supportive space for clarity, growth, and renewed balance.
I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly, reflect, and explore what you are going through. My approach encourages self-awareness, self-exploration, and empowered decision-making, helping you move toward positive and meaningful change in your personal and relational life.
I work with individuals facing life transitions, moments of crisis, challenges in relationships or communication, and personal development goals. I also support people dealing with anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, work–life balance, and those seeking clarity, confidence, or direction in their lives.
My nearly 20 years of professional experience involving projects in international and multi-cultural companies gives me a unique perspective and experience in the day to day private and professional issues that people encounter, as individuals as well as teams.
My practice is non-clinical and is focused on everyday life challenges. Together, we work at your pace to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to your inner resources.
My counseling practice is based on an integrated humanistic approach that places the person at the center, respecting their uniqueness and life context. I work from the belief that every person has an inherent capacity for growth and self-realization, and that counseling can support this process by helping to identify and work through inner difficulties and obstacles.
I adopt a holistic view of the person, recognizing the close connection between mind, emotions, and body.
My counseling interventions are tailored to each individual and to the specific phase of the counseling process. I work with thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and behavior, integrating tools from cognitive, emotional, bodily, and creative approaches. Methods are always adapted to the client’s needs, goals, and readiness in the present moment.
Since 2016, I have been working as a Professional Counselor in private practice with individuals, couples, and organisations in Switzerland and Italy.
After obtaining my Counseling Diploma in 2013, I became an active member of ArKa Associazione in Milan, collaborating on educational and social projects and holding various roles over the years, including member of the Steering and Teaching Committees. Since 2017, I have also been a Trainer in the three-year Master in Pluralistic Integrated Counselling, accompanying future counselors in their professional development.
Before dedicating myself fully to counseling, I spent nearly twenty years (1997–2016) leading and coordinating international IT projects across multicultural teams in Italy, Spain, France, Greece, the USA, and Switzerland, gaining a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and teams face in both their personal and professional lives.
