Every therapy is completely different, as it is tailored to each individual. That's what I like most about therapy - it respects the individual, their story, wounds, strength, and destiny. Throughout our sessions, I will prompt you to express yourself as openly and authentically as possible, sharing your emotions, concerns, regrets, fantasies, fears, and dreams. In addition to my knowledge and experience, I will also bring intuition, warmth, humor, and dedication to our work. Although therapy can feel challenging and scary at times as we face difficult feelings or experiences together, it is also filled with discovery, awe, joy, and beauty.
