About me

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults with difficulties with emotion regulation, interpersonal relationships and the relationship with oneself. I help my patients get in touch with their inner child, learn how to recognize and validate their emotions and autoregulate in a safe, healthy way. I also help with breaking vicious circles. To do so, we work together on the problematic behaviors and beliefs relying on openness, kindness, and lack of judgment. Although childhood experiences shape our beliefs and attitudes in adult life, we can still unlearn unhealthy patterns and replace them with self-care, awareness, and boundaries. I am also sensitive to difficulties encountered by LGBTQ+ people, neurodivergent adults, and expats.
