I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on psychoanalytic theory, along with an extensive background in community and social work. This combination of clinical and field experience has shaped my belief that not everything is “in your head.” My work combines emotional insight with real-life application—so that change isn’t just something you talk about, but something you actually feel in your daily life.
I support adults facing burnout, identity confusion, cultural adjustment, and the long shadow of trauma—including intergenerational patterns that repeat silently. A special focus of my practice is helping neurodivergent adults (including ADHD, autism, or AuDHD) create lives that are structured, meaningful, and authentic—without the pressure to mask or perform.
