How can you maintain and enhance your well-being – especially when stress, change, or major decisions challenge you? I support you with empathy, practical tools, and a culturally sensitive perspective.
Mental well-being? Interculturality? Workplace health? I’ve studied all of these in a unique combination of my Bachelor’s and Master’s – I’m a curious psychologist who loves to think outside the box, get excited about new ideas, and dive into the worlds of as many people as possible.
In fact, these themes are also part of my everyday life: I live as a German psychologist in Italy, chose to start my own private practice early on, and often work with people who have also left their home country or who simply want to learn more about their mental health.
How can I maintain and strengthen my well-being, even when I’m under a lot of stress, when it’s hard to get out of bed in the morning, or when major decisions and changes have to be faced? I’ve gone through many ups and downs myself, and in those moments I discovered psychological tools that helped me set priorities – for myself and my health. And those are exactly the tools I already use daily with my clients and which I’d also love to share with you!

It is very important to me that each of my clients feels comfortable with me and truly seen. I accompany, inform, support, and coach with empathy and openness. I also enjoy trying out different tools — for example, I like working with worksheets, self-designed cards, and a whiteboard to capture what we discuss in a visual way. This makes it easier to identify possibilities for change, recognize stuck situations, and also track progress. In addition, I use questionnaires, for instance on psychological well-being, to make experiences more tangible, encourage reflection, and help notice changes more clearly.
